Registration conditions

Please check that you have provided the correct delivery address before completing your order.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will bear 99% of the responsibility. If you have used an incorrect address for an order, please contact us as soon as you realize it, but it is impossible to apply the corrected address to the order if the order has already been shipped.

Shipping & Handling
Almost all of our products can be shipped to all countries in the world. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you.

Please enter your address in English, which will make it easier for the shipping company to read and manage your package.

Delivery Time
The total delivery time is the sum of the delivery time and the shipping time.

If a product does not reach you within 45 business days from the date of acceptance of your order or transaction and receipt of your payment, or from the estimated or stated delivery date, whichever is later, you may request a shipment of the same product or a full refund of any payment already made for that order.

Refund and Return

If you are not satisfied with your order within 20 days you can return the item(s) to us in new condition for a refund.
Our refund and return policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
is not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of the refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 days depending on your bank

Exchanges

We only refund or exchange items if they are lost, defective or damaged during transit to your destination. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@lesolder.com} and send your item to: {physical address}.which will be sent to you
